Thank you for your great review on the Wildtrack X . I’ve purchased one and waiting for it to be shipped to Melbourne , should get it within the month in the metour grey. You thoroughly went over the whole vehicle and gave me a better understanding. As other reviews on this same vehicle hadn’t mentioned as many key points.

Just giving heads up to anyone interested in buying the next gen Wildtrak x . Costa, I can’t speak more highly about it. I’ve Owned it just over a year now, klms around 20k. Bi turbo motor wound in, bilstein suspension, so much more to rave about it. Absolute pleasure to drive. Hope it’s ticked ✅ in an around the right places.

Current indications are that Australia will receive just over 1000 of these. So very limited.

B4 the X is really interesting , it will need... a V6 option. Shame as it has everything going 4 it ... except power plant options. I do wonder if this is Fords way of simply pushing their sales numbers on the model.

There has been a lot of debate about the choice of engine. Personally I love the way the Bi-Turbo drives, prefer it even.

Considering the suspension, is there anything different from standard Wildtrak about riding on pavement over small bumps?

In terms of driving on the road both the Wildtrack and the Wildtrack X feel quite similar. Personally I preferred driving the X. The difference in the X's suspension is geared more for the off-road experience, but I did find the slightly higher stance and chunkier tyres give it awesome visual proportions.

Nice review though its not supposed to be a review. Sucks that African market we getting some features as paid extras. The Rack System..Roll Shutter...and comes with the TFT 8inch dispplay not the all full digital cluster. Yet we pay ridiculous amounts. Wonder why cause its a limited edition and the features are what make it a Wildtrak X.
