I started watching at the breakfast table today and just now got to finish watching! It has been one of those busy days! Great job. The flooring looks great. There is nothing like a porcelain potty if outdoors is minus 58! The first flush is exciting. Caulk it! Easier to keep clean for sure. You two work so well together. I like the mantle too. For your house siding, why boards directly on osb? Here in scandinavia we always have «airing» behind. Osb first, 2x2 then wood siding so air can come in beneath and behind the bords to flow freely. Never ever any problems with moisture and mold.

Our plan is to put 2” foam board against the OSB, then an air gap and finally siding.

Can you explain why walls have stipple? Always wondered why this is done only have ever seen this in US homes. Looks great!

The stipple you refer to is wall texture we call orange peel. It is often used to when wall seams are not perfect and could benefit from some cover. Smooth wall finishes and on sheet rock are difficult to get to look good and require a very skilled person that costs significantly more. Hope this helps.😊
