Wiley, sorry to hear of your mom's diagnosis, I was diagnosed in October 2018. ALS is an emotional shock to your life but also provides clarity to what is most important, special moments with the ones we love. Keep charging forward.

Wiley, thanks for sharing your story. I lost my Mom in 2015 from cancer and know how brutal those last few years are. Thanks for your vulnerability.

Great film Wiley and crew. I love when a movie has a message and a reason to be made more than just sharing the action. Thanks for sharing your stories, and props for opening up and speaking about your personal experiences and vulnerabilities.

As the world panicked over COVID and those in positions of control destroyed lives by destroying the economy I thought of lots of things that scared me much more than COVID: MD, stroke, and ALS were a few of them. I watched my friend and neighbor face an ALS diagnosis and then the gradual deterioration that ended in paralysis and death. I’m so glad you have so many good memories of your mom and good times with her. I’m glad you learned great lessons from her. And I’m glad you learned to take necessary precautions but did not become afraid to live.

Hmmm. So I guess hucking massive jumps can trigger slides deeper / more easily than the test might indicate? Seems like a bad look for the sponsors here... When is the video going to come out that shows a known heightened avy risk and digging a pit and NOT hitting the jump??? Acknowledge the mistake and the risks in a tacked-on bit during the rolling credits, but fill the main film with cryptic narration about life and death glorifying risk taking? What is this film supposed to be?

@@ericlovely2547 oh jesus that is what he said isn't it.... "We were going to film some switch tricks, but [because of the avy danger] instead we will tone it back and stay on our feet, do tricks where I can stay on my feet, and play it safe and get some more imagery"...
