Such a clever blending of the inter textual references of popular culture with references to the great classic Giselle! You could do more with this concept, maybe a dance theatre work or a short film! “The future is female!” So much fun! I loved it. I think the idea is ripe for further development.

I adore this! I forwarded this to my ballerina and balletomane friends! A local Giselle production had to be cancelled a few years ago due to Coronavirus. I did get to suggest to the staff that it would be nice to do a skit or two online. One in which Giselle’s mom briefs her on safety precautions (Including not getting her heart broken by a stranger and staying away from the woods), and one in which some guy doesn’t keep the rules…and the Willis (Socially distanced) get him!
