One of ny favorite stories about this challenge is how to get his mind off of the pain towards the end of the challenge. The crowd, like a fuckin movie started singing "I WANNA KNOW WHAT LOVE IS!!!" While the director was freaking out about the song not being able to be cleared. That's why at the end, the challenge is all sped up, it's literally the whole bar singing to him lol.

I remember I used to hate oysters back in the day and thought they were disgusting, then one day after a few years I tried some at a sea food restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. I have no idea what happened, but to this day I enjoy oysters.

I love Raw oysters. I grew up vacationing on the gulf. Sadly I am in landlocked Missouri. Once in a while I will go eat them in a restaurant locally that I trust to fly them in daily. Because I don’t get raw Boyster’s often I think of last time I had them on vacation I had three cousins might’ve been for and if I had known that pandemic was coming I had six dozen!

When I used to work in a French kitchen, before I made it to hotline, we would have to shuck oysters on Garde Manger, and on a average Saturday I'd say we got 10 half a dozen orders, and maybe 4 or 5 dozen orders. We hated it. Slowed us down, and, it's a pain in the ass. Even with proper techniques. I couldn't imagine just one of these challenge orders. Start cussing.
