@@joshuagumpert8910 It’s like anything else, real life is stranger and more interesting than any fiction someone could write. I listened to an interview with Matt from the show Hoarders once on XM. Talk about a character. Before that show hit he was a mess. He was all coked up and had been beaten half to death over gambling debts. He was making $10 an hour cleaning out these disgusting houses. Super interesting, all these stories about these homeowners and the mess they can’t show on A&E in prime time lol.

Adam left the show due to health issues. He actually went back to one of the restaurants he did a challenge at and could not do it. With him changing his diet and working out he shrunk his stomach

Because of this guy and his show. My GF and I went on what we called, "a man v food road trip" back in 2010. We took a week off work and started in Dallas Texas, then Amarillo Tx, Sante Fe NM, Denver Co, OKC Ok and back to Dallas. It was actually the funniest road trip I have ever been on, because we already knew were we were going to eat. So when we werent doing that we took in the sights. If you ever get a chance go to Coyote Bluff in Amarillo TX and get the burger from hell. Friggin awesome!

Adams talking about the Habanero Fritters challenge at Salvador Molly’s. My blood pressure dropped by like half after about 5 min. I finished them all, but ended up at the hospital. The pain is to this day, the worst shit I’ve ever felt. See you can’t just finish the fritters, you have to also eat the sauce. That’s what puts it over the edge.
