disagree with this, at best if our roles are to orchestrate and manage a suite of AI tools to help in DevOps then the workforce can certainly be much smaller. Telling DevOps engineers to start learning AI is ridiculous without a PhD in maths or physics. When a fully featured platform is written purely for an AI to use/interface with... it's all over man! :) - imagine every single imaginable detail from code to infra to sec constantly being evaluated and optimized every millisecond. sh*t, i might have to write it myself...
