Went from 200kg -> 100kg and then later 100kg->90kg for competing. I think you're right that basically I did this because I enjoyed BJJ so I wanted to be better at it. The improvements to sleep and every other part of life are immeasurable.

Yes 100% I’ve been doing BJJ now for 13 months and have lost 40 pounds doing BJJ and slight adjustments in my diet.

I love jiu jitsu, my gym specializes in it and offers kickboxing and strength training, they hope to start offering Muay Thai soon.

Hey kieren, i have stumbled upon your content and i just want say i think you are the only channel i foind that actually talk about SC for Bjj that seems to be science based. I have been try to read bos such as Ultimate conditioning for MMA, triphasic training SC for combat sport just to make my own programm lool. Its so overwhelming but your content is helping me make sense a bit on how to do that. Thank you for this info
