probably just basic workouts like max single reps for weighted pull-ups/hangs

Shawn doesn’t have a strict training regiment, which includes pushing monster max reps like Will does. Dude is so talented at finding the zone and crushing without being the strongest ( also the reason he’s not the best at sloper problems).
