How do you think that he's never played at the level required and never excelled at all in college not once was he projected for a draft pick. He's a 2/3 year player and released to Europe or Asia after that

Because he never got a chance to show his skillset in college. He had a heart attack during training camp of his first season at USC, and now, just under 12 months later, he's on an NBA summer league floor. We have no evidence that he won't be successful.
