It's simply not true. Nowhere does it say that the Messiah will magically turn all human being down to the last atheist into God-fearing robots with the knowledge of the Lord preloaded into their OS. Tanakh makes it crystal clear in Psalm 2, Psalm 45, Psalm 110, Daniel 7, etc. that the Messiah will be ruling in the midst of his enemies. Genesis 49:10 and Daniel 9:24-27 prove beyond doubt that Jesus is the Messiah.

It makes sense what the rabbi is saying about satan, because in the book of Job, God is having a full blown conversation with satan over testing Job. If satan was truly an enemy why would he be having a conversation with him, saying, consider my servant Job.

Satan, being an angel, was included in the heavenly council. Satan made a claim that humans will never serve God unless for selfish reasons. Job proved that claim wrong. So did Jesus and many others living today. This may help understand why God would talk even to those who oppose him. Luke 6:27 “But I say to you who are listening: Continue to love your enemies, to do good to those hating you, Jesus was voicing God's words and not his own (Deuteronomy 18:18,19)

I converted to Judaism in my early 20's but later learned that orthodox Jews did not accept me as Jewish. I then went to the conservative Synagogue and went into the mikvah and my son when he was a baby. Then I was told to go to the Ultra-orthodox and I had no way to do this. Why was I not accepted. It hurt. I was treated very bad by gentiles at this time. I received phone calls from someone who called me awful names and threatened me and my young children. My husband father of my children was Jewish, we were married 21 years. He is deceased. I cannot tell my story here. My children and I were very hurt. I am 70 yrs. old now and feel inside that I'm Jewish, but am I? Why am I not accepted as such. I am alone and I don't know of any Jewish people here in this small town. Who am I?

My heart is Jewish. I understand what Rabbi Singer is doing and I am thankful. I bought his books and the JPS Hebrew-English TANAKH, and learning Hebrew slowly. Several Messiantic groups are constantly after me. they told me that I was going to Hell and all Jewish people who donot have faith in Jesus. My own family said the same. To make a long story short. It would be a little hard for Christians to misinterprete Jesus returning in the clouds with tens of thousands of his resurrected saints and a innumerable company of angels. He would be the only one coming out of the sky like that. There will be persuasive political and religious figures before Jesus comes again, that will fool many.
