My favorite player growing up in the Bay Area. Freaking Thrill…

How the fuck is he not in the hall of fame??? That is my childhood idol and that speech is the energy I loved. 22!

Harold Baines got in because he was a buddy of Tony Larussa! Maybe Harold donated more to Arf than will!

Will was a great player, and my favorite player as a kid, but he doesn't have HOF numbers. Maybe if he'd played another 5 years his stats would be worthy of a HOF nod.

Will doesn't have HOF numbers in the normal counting stats, but some of his numbers adjusted measure up, he left showing he still had a couple more years in the tank, and I have always been a proponent of using the Hall of Fame to tell the story of baseball, and you cant tell that story without The Thrill

Loved following him over the years along with Kevin Mitchell, Matt Williams, Robby Thompson, Brett Butler, Dave Dravecky and the rest of the late 80s and early 90s Giants. He made Giants' baseball memorable for my childhood. Loved his passion, intensity, and his swing.

Not only could Clark rake, but he had a beautiful freakin swing!

Still got the swagger like he’s did back in days. Clark and Griffey Jr have the sweetest swing I’ve seen in baseball.

I always loved and tried to mimic his reverse smile. He still does it. And I love it more than ever. I wish I could travel back to being a 15 year old boy and stay up late to watch him play one more time.

Now let's do the same to Kevin Mitchell because without Kevin Mitchell there is no Will Clark...

GOAT.. I wanted to go to Mississippi State as a kid cause of him.. First MLB AB Homerun off Nolan Ryan..First player to make 3 million per year… one of my favs for sure. Got a ball thrown up to me from him in 1991 at candlestick. My 11 year old son now has the ball and wears eye black in his honor every game and practice

The kind of numbers he'd have put up if he'd just swallowed his pride, stayed with the Giants, and spent the rest of his career with Barry Bonds hitting behind him.
