Will Colorado be allowed to kill its new endangered wolves? Maybe

It might seem counterintuitive to be thinking about killing off animals that a state is actively trying to reintroduce into the wild, but right now Colorado Parks and Wildlife is exploring that option.

I'm a hunter and pro farmer but bears and coyotes and cougars kill farm animals and people don't wipe them out. Wolves belong where they were for thousands of years, but they must allow ranchers amd hunters to effectively manage their populations. Also if I was a rancher I would have a bunch of Great Pyrenees dogs. They are probably the best dog that was breed to fight off wolves.

Wolves are not endangered....at all. If they drop them in western Colorado they will be very much in danger. We don't want them here.

So now ranchers get to sit and watch while wolves kill their livestock. After which CPW will come out and kill the wolves anyway. You can't move them because they'll just come back. Then the taxpayer has to reimburse the rancher for his loses. smh.

Wolves are great for the environment and will turn around the ecosystem of the mountains. No one care for the short sighted and narrow minded ranchers. Do what is best for the environment! The ranchers can build better fences or move to Kansas.
