We all wish Jimmy as well as all CU players the best, but I have concerns about him playing at the next level. The main question is can he stay healthy and stay on the field. Also, after the 2023 season there were some questions about his hands after a number of easy drops. The 2024 season was going to provide him with an opportunity to show that he could stay focused and catch passes which hit his hands. Because of injuries, those questions remain.

Be real people...Jimmy will be an undrafted free agent. He's too small at 5'10", 175 lbs. At best, he might return punts or kickoffs in the NFL, but nothing more. There are a lot of guys his size and speed who can't make the NFL. Jimmy is just another one. Look at Zay Weaver from last years CU team....Bigger than Jimmy, more polished than Jimmy, but didn't get drafted. Was invited to AZ Cardinals camp and made the team as the 5th WR/scout team. Sees no action...barely hanging on in the NFL. Jimmy missed a lot of games this year too....not a good sign if he wants to get drafted.

I like Jimmy, but he's an elite athlete, but an average football player. Wester was brought in to provide the underneath routes and matchups Shedeur lacked last year. There's reason why Jimmy has never had more than 580 yards in any season despite his elite athletic abilities. Either he's taking plays off, not motivated, poor route runner, or couldn't be trusted to come down with ball. Last year he was dubbed Jimmy Drops! He had a few of them this year, but with Wester ascending, Jimmy received less targets. It was the right call as Wester's the better football player. Is Jimmy a Pro? Judging off his athletic ability? Yes! He could be another Tavon Austin is the problem. Better athlete than player. So I wouldn't draft Horn until round 5 maybe. If he doesn't pan out, it didn't cost your much. However, when his game matches his abilities? At best you have a Tyreek Hill, at worst? Coleman or Austin type player.

@WillPooleNYC Not at all. Last year, I studied his game. Bruh appeared to be taking plays off. Prime mentioned that to him last year. Hey, you gotta get going. You got scouts watching. This year, oddly enough, he's hard to spot to see what exactly he is doing? Last year, I saw the least efforts in his routes when he wasn't the read. He would jog the route, and make rounded cuts. He averaged 2 catches and I think 28 yards the last 4 games last year. Shedeur wanted another target, and he went out and got Wester. I don't think Shedeur trust Horn, especially after his drops last year. When Horn finally gets going, he had a stupid taunting penalty, calling back a TD. That's why games became the Hunter and Wester show. Will Sheppard proved me right when I said he couldn't separate. Does his damage against Zone. Jimmy, not sure what the hell he was doing, but he rarely got open.
