Will Cruises the Cliffs

Will flies the DG 505 along the Jurassic coast from Ladram Bay to Beer Head.
Unfortunately I didn't have a proper cockpit cam setup so I didn't get a much footage. I did have my camera on a stick which is what I used to get this shot.

What's the deal with the altimeters? Both the dialed ones and the digital display in the vario seem to show (different) negative values???

The altimeter will have been set to zero at the launch airfield which is above sea level. (Set to QFE rather than QNH in technical parlance)

@@keithgdavey Thanks. The embarrassing thing is that in principle I should have been aware of the different settings QFE, QNH - and even QNE :)
