Nice👍....i tried to share a link,but it got deleted....m5x8x8 inserts,with red lock tight work great to fill in the gap for the hexes,aliexpress has them cheap.....and a dab of grease on the pins help hold them in when your working on your rig👍

These Cvds are made for direct fit on previous generation Savage XL nitro and Flux, hence the threaded end. I'm glad you made them work with the V2. Do you mind sharing which shim kit you have there? Thanks.

@@noodlesracing117 Hi Noodles Racing, if your asking about the brand of the shim kit itself the kit is from (Great hobbies) on eBay if your asking about the sizes I belive that I put that information in the video. I also used M5 female connector nuts (cylinder shape) on the Threaded part of the CVD did them up finger tight and blue Loctite? This completely eliminated any excess play and the front wheels have less slop than the original rear wheel setup! I hope this is helpful.
