So Spurs stadium is situated in the middle of what? Everton Stadium is situated next to a world famous river, just by a world famous River Front, that has Ocean Liners moored up just along the river. Built on reclaimed land from a Dock, and preserving the dock wall,Hydraulic tower, the bollards etc at the same time breathing life back into a derelict dock area and across the road from the largest brick built warehouse in the world (grade 2 listed and now being converted into luxury apartments) yes I suppose it is just another stadium. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@ianphillips9455 in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world . The stadium is serviced by 4 train stations and is less than 20 minutes from the heart of London , its got more than an old tobacco warehouse conversion on its doorstep.

@@frankjenkins6627 bramley moore dock is in a more prominent location than spurs stadium the spurs stadium is nice but its designed for american football BMD is a purpose built football stadium on the banks of one of the most famous waterfronts in europe thats why there are 4 big companies bidding for sponsorship for BMD as they know its great exposure whereas spurs still dont have a stadium sponsor because its in the middle of nowhere

Tottenham's ground is in one of the worst areas in the UK. Got nothing going for the area. Everton's new ground is also in an area that is neglected but there is huge potential and in 10-15 years will be significantly improved. Spurs' is a great stadium but it's full of daytrippers and not specifically a Football Stadium. More of an entertainment venue.

@@evertonfc5380 i disagree everton have four interested companies wanting to sponsor bramley simply because of its location on one of europes most famous waterfronts which will give the preferred sponsor maximum coverage everytime the waterfront is shown on telly and in the media to date spurs dont have a stadium sponsor as its just in the middle of an area thats not really in tune with english football

West Ham play in an athletics stadium, built for the Olympic games. Man City also play in an athletics stadium, built for the commonwealth games. Spurs have fantastic modern stadium, as do Arsenal. However, none of them have a stadium in such an amazing location. The River Mersey is one of the most historic waterways on Earth, and Evertons new stadium sits proudly at its side.
