all broadcast news has always been like this i think. i once told a girlfriend who just HAD to tune into local news EVERY single night how ridiculous i thought it was. i told her if i really gave a sh** about the junk they were presenting that i could read about it myself somehwere else, rather than someone reading useless crap out loud to me, like i was in kindergarten or something. she didn't say much in response but she was pretty offended i think LOL we didn't last too long. i've been on a search for a girlfriend that isn't partially brain dead ever since... i've been searching every socio-economic strata and, nothing against women but, the search isn't going well

It's amazing how many of the criminals this newscast reported on looked like Ron Burgundy. If Ron got off the whiskey sauce, maybe he wouldn't be committing so many crimes or at least he wouldn't look like a criminal look a like. I don't know why I'm projecting so much. When they talked about fighting prostate cancer, testicular cancer and other related cancers via the Movember campaign, I found it interesting that they failed to mentioned anything about cancer. Pink is everywhere with boob cancer, making NFL players and college players wear pink up the yin yang, but here you have Ron Burgundy in the studio with his iconic mustache, and no mention at all about the political significance of mustaches in Movember. And it is political because we're trying to win health dollars for men's health issues.
