I bought my first redmi phone on flipkart. My observation, their biggest mistake was making the Flipkart app compulsory for transactions.Smart phones were not that fast those days, Flipkart app used to slow down the phone. Generally everbody used to delete the preloaded app. Amazon filled the gap.

Flipkart customer service is the worst of the worst. And Amazon customer service is best of the best. I bought iphone from flipkart and because it had scratches i wanted to return it. It says the phone is returnable within 10 days but their real game is that they accept the return buy by citing filmsy reason they keep delaying it, saying photos uploaded is not clear, after many tries they accepted the photos and arranged for a so called pick up, and ofcourse no one came to pick up, then re open the case again, talked to their customer service again and again. They played games with me and made me believe that they will accept the return and refund my money for 10 days. After the return period of 10 days was over, they closed my ticket saying return window is closed. One of the biggest frauds they are. Many others faced similar situation when it comes to returning items.

Most of the time Flipkart delays delivery. A few days ago I ordered birthday decoration items from Flipkart, it came after the birthday. I Ordered a Sofa about 3 months back on 3rd November and it is not delivered till now. the expected delivery date was 24 November but they keep extending it 3 4 days. i am constantly trying to contact flipkart's customer care from last 1 month about the same but they keep telling that your order will be cancelled and you will get the refund within 2 3 days but as you've already guessed, the refund never came and i am calling different customer care numbers just to get my own hard earned 30000 rupees. Flipkart is killing itself. not good customer support and I am trying to buy an iphone 15 256gb variant from last 5 days it shows it has it but not on my pincode and I tried every single pincode in bangalore it still shows the same. And the seller which is selling this iphone has many complains them on twitter and consumer complaints website for selling fake apple products now I am confused should I buy the phone or not.

Actually Filpkart has very bad customer service specifically delivery of orders. Yes they also hv good offers whr one can save money. Serious improvement in management of delivery and data to update in Flipkart software is required. One time they did not update order delivered even on my regular follow up. I couldn't return/exchange my order to get one size small size 😅. Very poor service.

As a seller on Flipkart amazon and meesho... Flipkart charges me more commission and shipping charges. Also return and fake orders are more on flipkart.. No flipkart side discount provide this days to coustomers sellers or bank discount only available

Recently, I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart, and to my surprise, they sent me a used mobile instead of a new one. That was the pinnacle of the worst customer experience. Customers choose Amazon not because it's an American company but because it has good customer support and better product delivery. While Amazon is busy making its site even better meanwhile, Flipkart is digging its own grave
