I think at least four coaches need to go. Most on the offense: Atkins, Dugans, Thompson, and someone from the defense to have another recruiter other than Surtain. The development of those three offensive coaches is wretched. I can’t believe how poorly our 6 year players developed.

Kromanhok... is the future at FSU but if the powers that be want him to lead without question we need a coach who is relevant in todays offensive schemes as a coordinator but also has a track record for actually developing QB's. By the way this person won't be cheap starting annual salary will be north of 1.7M for his kind of talent. This OC will be in charge of the offense at FSU and will personally be involved with the development of all the QB'S on the roster. I only have 1 candidate at this time but I am in strong support of Will Stein current OC at Oregon. I believe this man holds the key for high end play on offense... the investment will pay for it self.

That being said, I think Mike might voluntarily. I have not seen a coach broken so much except for Jimbo and his personal life issues. I know people say coaches are stubborn, but he looks so miserable this year something is up.

Yes, he is losing when you win not so broken when you lose as much as he has and don't know the answer. How to stop losing it will break you.its not just losing it's not having knowledge to stop the losses

I don’t think our AD hired Mike Norvell. I think he came after the hire. I would be interested to hear the AD’s short list though. The last coaching search was a shit show. Perfect example is….. we have Mike Norvell🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

i agree wit you if you want to get rid of Atkins based on the OL. but when you say QB and hes the OC , that's not him. thats Norvell and Tokarz. I know when Willie was here the talk in 1 yr is he didnt get a qb. why you giving this to Atkins and not Norvell. 5yrs and what Qb has he developed

@@Kochino823 Break down 1-7. That's what you should do. Travis wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for Willie. And without Travis Norvell wouldn't have been able to hide how terrible of a coach he is which means he wouldn't have been able to rob FSU for $80 million. Can't believe it's (fsu fans) out here still mentioning Willie because Mike is failing in year 5. Mike should send Willie and JT some of that money he swindled from the program.

I am no AD, but OL (Atkins) & QB (Tokarz) would have to go, LB (Shannon) & WR (Dugans) coach gotta go. I am having doubts about Odell and the DE coach. I would clean house on the defensive side except for the DB Coach, who seems to be doing a good job so far. OL Coach gotta go, TE Coach (iffy we could do better) and Special Teams can stay. Everyone else could/should be replaced.

Hiring a HC is hard, but the FSU administration put themselves in this situation with compounding poor decisions: Rushed and hired Taggart, immediately cut his resources. Had this delusional idea that they could lure Bob Stoops out of retirement. (This one is still funny 😂😂) Rushed and fired Taggart instead of waiting another yr or 2, when better candidates were available. For example, Heupel, Sarkisian, and Lanning would've been available. Instead of targeting a realistic, P5 program builder (Mark Stoops), hire a G5 HC with no prior experience at an elite P5. Oh, and no recruiting ties in FL. After years of underwhelming recruiting, don't force Mike to change his staff, but offer him a ridiculous extension that handcuffs your program. Off of 1 great season, one so-so, and 2 awful seasons.

To compete for national titles, yes, a HC absolutely must complete the in-home visits. That's where Bobby Bowden dominated on the recruiting trail.

Would like to see a new WRs coach and offensive coordinator. If there is only going to be two changes. The table is set for Prime Time. He could easily bring in the money to make it happen and he can recruit. The splash would be unreal. We are coming.
