A song made in FL Studio with a piano (at last it returns!) and some strings.
I tried to make this one a bit more ambient than usual, which turned out to actually be quite the challenge for some reason! Probably because I’m so used to thinking of song progression in terms of melody.
Actually, I had an earlier attempt at a more ambient song called "on the other side", but I'm not to sure I was very successful at achieving that goal lmao
It also kinda forced me to think about how I could vary different elements of the song, as I didn't have the ability to vary a melody to keep it interesting/convey progression.
