her job is not to educate you on the economy. her job is to spin a narrative that is dictated by the corporation she works for. a corporation is in business to stay in business, not to go out of business. The corporation is in this business regardless of economic conditions, and the reality of those conditions. If you can frame information correctly, you can find more value in it.

Of course the economy isnt tanking since the federal govt constitutes 24% of GDP and will continue to increase indefinitely. Just make sure youre in a govt job or a parasitic job (e.g. healthcare).

Who pay for these government job? Are they quality public services we received? How much red tapes we need to add on the top of existing ones? With those can we still produce and be competitive in the global market in terms of price and quality? What will be the effort of this continues in the long term?

The Federal Reserve just cut rates again, and I’m hoping this means we’ll finally see mortgage rates start to drop. It’s been tough trying to sell homes with rates so high.
@JackMyers-br2viАй бұрын
It’s definitely a step in the right direction, but it might take a while before we see mortgage rates fall significantly. Banks tend to be slow in passing these cuts on to consumers, especially with inflation still being a concern.
@MelissaHobbs-qm8wiАй бұрын
My business loans are killing me with these high rates. I’m hoping this rate cut will help reduce some of the burden, but I know it won’t be immediate. We’re all feeling the pinch.
@JamesRamon22Ай бұрын
Kate Elizabeth Cressotti helped me lock in a low mortgage rate a few years ago before rates skyrocketed. She’s been amazing at helping us stay on top of things, and now with rates potentially dropping again, she’s guiding us on whether refinancing would be a good move.
@ZephyraFairchildАй бұрын
Kate Elizabeth Cressotti gave me great advice on my student loans too. With rates fluctuating, she helped me switch to a fixed rate before they went up. Now, with the Fed cutting rates, we’re looking into whether I can refinance again to bring it down even more.
@AriaLockwoodАй бұрын
That sounds like good advice. I’ve been hesitant about refinancing, but with the market shifting, maybe now’s the time to talk to someone like Kate.

I'm a noob and really want to dive deeper in the world of investing, what is the implication of the Fed's rate cut for new investors?
@lucianaserejo-p1zАй бұрын
A Fed rate cut typically lowers borrowing costs, which can boost the stock market. For new investors, it may create opportunities but also volatility-so, balance risk with research and caution, which is why it is important to start with a professional's guidance
@davewilliams-c3dАй бұрын
I’ve been focusing on a diversified approach to boost my portfolio. Right now, I’ve allocated around 40% to equities, 30% to crypto, 20% to real estate, and 10% to bonds. The key to my growth (545%+ this year) is the CPF (Core-Peripheral Framework) I follow-balancing core long-term assets with peripheral high-risk, high-reward plays. It's all about having a strong foundation while making calculated, bold moves when opportunities arise.
@jamesdopson-f2xАй бұрын
I’m intrigued by this. I've searched for a cpf online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?

The belief that the Federal Reserve would stop raising interest rates was the driving force behind the entire economic chaos. What should we do now that we have a situation where interest rates are crashing? At this point, how would you suggest that I safely allocate $300k?
@Jamesjerome0Ай бұрын
Although the market is currently volatile, aren't the current valuations a result of the Federal Reserve's monetary policy and low interest rates? Therefore, my recommendation is that you consult a financial advisor who can give you entry and exit points for the shares that you are interested in.
