I wish he could get his hands on Toyota MarkX or is250

@@iamcarl4591Why mark x or is250. Mark x never came as a manual so you would either have to swap it or try to find a manual swap that is going to probably be more expensive. Is250 did come as a manual but it doesnt have that big aftermarket support and parts are expensive. If he wants to buy a toyota drift car he should just get a jzx100 or a jzx90. They are the same prise as mark x or is250 and are most likely going to be drift ready straight away. They have tons of after market support and are reliable.
@iamcarl45917 ай бұрын
@@niilomakinen The automatic transmission on these cars can hold gears in manual mode. You can keep hitting the rev limiter while driving. Since the car won't force you to shift, you'll have more freedom to play. Besides, saying the XE20 platform does not have big after market support. It's like saying a BRZ doesn't have aftermarket support. The 2.5 engine might not have many upgrade options (Only some supercharger kit) but the chassis is another story. I live in Asia, that could be the reason why it's very popular with tuners here.
@niilomakinen7 ай бұрын
@@iamcarl4591You are right in asia its probably a really good platform but this guy lives in the baltics so it would make more sence to get a different platform. So if he has to has to get a toyota i'd say he is better of buying a jzx. It would make even more sense if he just got a bmw since that is probably the most popular drift platform in the Baltics.

Wow, cool that it could do it, my 143hp e46 with lsd cant drift like because of the stock suspension (too high)
@crapcar8 ай бұрын
This is on stock suspension as well, it was literally going on three wheels in turns
@jarrynsmith8 ай бұрын
Sometimes, stock soft suspension helps the car weight transfer over into the drift. If it was too rigid, then the engine has to make the rear spin or the front will understeer and its more dangerous at stock power levels because you have to use the weight transfer to start most bigger drifts
@rrrrr-s3q8 ай бұрын
But this car does have 4 bar tire pressure on the rear though that plays a big role
