You can make an excellent Sloppy Joe using lentils in place of the ground beef usually used in Sloppy Joes. Good to know in this economy. Food prices are crazy in my area. Also this week there are no or few tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, carrots, heads and bags of lettuce and cucumbers in my local stores. It waa so weird. My area was not directly impacted by the hurricanes but I do wonder if that's impacting fresh produce availability in the mid Atlantic coast states.
