Technically if it’s less than 20 grams of carbs a day I believe it is keto. He didn’t use that much and made several servings for 3 people. But there’s also dirty keto I can’t remember how many carbs that allows a day. But a lot of people don’t realize veggies are carbs so they think be eating a bell pepper sandwich it’s keto but it’s not. it’s basically meat cheese and eggs in a million different combos and I didn’t find that very sustainable when I tried it. I lasted a week and realized I like veggies 🤷‍♀️.
