Will it start? 3 ton dumper that's turned into a bush

I found this dumper completely overgrown and covered in a hedge that had grown over and into it. £ cylinder Lister diesel turned slightly on some jump leads so figured it was worth tring to get it and work on it. After clearing it out and some work it was recovered to me on a truck to see what I can do with it!
