It is water cooled! With some fresh oil and valve clearances she should sweeten up 😎

The Forman is just a Favorit Estate equivalent from the UK right? In which case yes, it's been the same between our models at least! The head gaskets seem to be weak point but otherwise we've had no real issues with this engine! Keep an eye on the core plugs under the rocker - when they pop it lets the oil and coolant mix as well!
