The drum bearings are fine. The motor bearings are broken. Try and oil them a little bit and maybe check the drum for any brawires.

You can lubricate the motor bearings. If you restore it a little bit, you don't need anymore to go to the laundromat for your bedding.

Do yourself a favor: just get a new tub hose if you're keeping it. That repair won't last. The motor bearings are completely knackered btw.

@@bootsowen It's a induction motor, no need to get a new one, replacing the bearings is enough.
