Thehose fitting with a clean rag, guys we travelled with to Tuktoyuktuk had the same issue with the turbo hose kept popping off when put under pressure. They called Ford and we told to clean out the fittings, then spray the inside of the sleeve with hairspray , it acts like almost a glue when it drys.
