Have Poole come off the bench and play with the second unit for a while to humble him and see if he's a team player or will ask for a trade. Kuzma wants and deserves to have a team built around him and Washington is the only place where that is possible and he knows this. That's why he didn't pass the ball to Poole on that last second shot in Charlotte. Poole seem like he wants a ready made team and Kuzma is ready to put in that work even if he miss dribbles and takes a wild last second shot.

Please stop acting like you know this guy. How the hell do you know he needs to be humbled? Do you know him personally? Poole was the best scorer in his last 3 games and the Wizards missed his scoring badly against the Hawks on Saturday night. They might lose this one tonight against Detroit (an even worse team than the Wizards) because Poole will be out on this game too. The truth is the Wizards are tanking. The organization has no interest in the team winning anything and could care less about who gets the last shot.

There’s no way in hell and I’m not sayin it can’t happen and stranger things have happened in the NBA over the course of years decades, but there is no way in hell you can trade Jordan Poole that’s a franchise Quarterstone tht u build your team around what the Wizards do need to change is there entire infrastructure internally figure out a direction that they wanna go? They have no direction they don’t know what kind of coaches they want. This franchise is hanging by a small limb it’s not just Poole,Kuzma or any of those guys everyone knew a soon as the season started no one was going to take the Wizards seriously bt to be completely honest the Wizards haven’t been taken seriously for over a decade damn near the one thing that I will say though about Jordan Poole that needs to change is his mentality as a team player I don’t consider him a team player he’s just there he just seems like he’s just there no effort as far as trying to get his teammates involved listening to the coaches nothing like tht his attitude and mentality is horrible and has to change in order for him to succeed not just in Washington, but with any franchise
@blaaksky
@blaaksky 6 ай бұрын
Huh? The franchise is tanking. This is what tanking looks like. And again, I have said it before. Please stop making accusations about a guy you do not know. How do you know what Poole's mentality is? What games are looking at? He was the leading scorer in his last three games. But, no mention of that. How do you know what his attitude is? He said himself that the video of him on the sidelines with the coaches was someone typing in comments and putting words there that weren't true. But, no mention of that either. Poole was commenting on that himself but you don't mention the words coming from Poole himself. Why is that?
@kman484ify
@kman484ify 6 ай бұрын
@@blaaksky just didn’t look right and again I’m not saying he’s a bad guy or player bt I do have questions about his mentality as of rn I don’t think that he’s ready to be a leader. I don’t even think that he is a leader he’s thrown into a role of the caliber based on the makeup of the team not bc he’s good enough to do so idc what your opinion is just like I don’t care about mine ik what I see and know what I’m talking about but like I said before he is a franchise Quarterstone for this team, along with Kyle Kuzma, who I don’t think that highly of either they are tanking and it’s completely understandable and on purpose bt like I also said, this franchise has no direction and clearly they don’t know how to giraffe either everybody at the top needs to get fired and if u don’t see tht then maybe your the real problem as a fan
@blaaksky
@blaaksky 6 ай бұрын
@@kman484ify See, this is the thing that gets me. Who said that Poole was supposed to be the franchise player for the Wizards in the first place? Seems like a bunch of people from the outside set him up to be the cornerstone when that wasn't even the organization's intent. That team doesn't give a damn about scoring or schemes or setting up the players to succeed. As I look at their games, the coaches are letting everybody do their own thing. Its the wild wild west out there on that floor. They are so tanking that they don't even call time outs when things get out of hand. They don't care! So, if anyone should be upset and have an attitude it should be the players. Jordan deserves to be upset about that as well. All of the piling on on him is a waste of time. He alone cannot save a team who's organization's intention from day one was to lose in the first place. This is what losing looks like and yet way too many people are making it Poole's fault. No one can do well on this team. BTW, how did the Wizards do when Poole was out against the Hawks on Saturday night? Kuzma only got 12 pts. and they lost by damn near 30 pts. At this point, I think they need Poole to even be a little bit competitive. Damn! Give the guy some credit at least for that!
@kman484ify
@kman484ify 6 ай бұрын
@@blaaksky I gave him his credit again I keep saying it’s not all his fault the franchise is horrible and damn near should be dismantled at this point what are u not getting bt unfortunately for Poole he is a franchise player tht they intend to build around so yes it is his responsibility to show up every day every game and motivate the guys around him weather he does a good job at tht or not well it’s clearly showing tht he’s not ready for tht he’s just enjoying being somewhere where he knows his teammates are not going to KO him when he get on them about playing better or speaking his opinion clam down I’m not against him more then I am against this trash franchise tht he’s unfortunately and unfairly playing for
@blaaksky
@blaaksky 5 ай бұрын
@@kman484ify Ok, good points! We both agree that the Wizards are a trash franchise and it is unfortunate and unfair for the players who are actually pretty good. But, I will end our conversation on this. I do not agree that Poole is a franchise player for this team. The organization NEVER promoted him as their franchise player. They showed Kuzma's photo in the off-season more than Poole's. So, in my opinion, if people have a problem with the Wizards get on Kuzma. But, even still. Poole has been outscoring everyone on the team over the last week. I want to see anyone on this thread even mention that once. But, that isn't purpose is it? For most of the people on this thread, the goal is to slander Poole because the podcaster's, including Iguodola and his co-host, are making money off of trashing the guy's name. Just look at the little heart thumbnails the hosts are placing on some of these comments. They are putting hearts on the negative comments. Makes me wonder what their real motives are.

Poole will find his way. He shot 30, 25, and 26 points in his last games. He will be fine. However, the Wizards are tanking so it really doesn't matter what anyone does on that team. With Jordan, he was never consistent. He’s was in a championship team, and the media and fans said he should go to another team and win again. But they forget what I wrote in my 1st sentence. That’s what’s wrong about winning a ring, players who don’t do much, go to other teams then as they show non-consistency like they did in the prior team, lose. Why, Because they were never any good to move the needle. Even if they’re talented,they as “superstars” like the fans and media put him to be, why would they accept a losing team to play for? “But he was traded to that sorry team” maybe your question, ok he gets traded, I get that, but there is a thing in the nba and players with the will to win use, at it’s called a buyout.

If Jordan manages to get traded to the Heat I give Jimmy Butler 3 months before he loses it and starts swinging." 2) "No way Miami wants Jordan Poole lol no freaking way." 3) "Draymond….literally….smacked the sense outta young boy." 4) "Poole is an example of someone that lets fame and attention plus money get to them." 5) "The odd thing is Jordan is known to work hard. Then he acts a fool." 6) "Everyone thought Poole was better than he is." 7) "With Jordan, he was never consistent. “But he was traded to that sorry team” maybe your question, ok he gets traded, I get that, but there is a thing in the nba and players with the will to win use, at it’s called a buyout." 8) "The Wizards have no choice, buy him out by Christmas." 9) "Trade him to Serbia." 10) "He's an inefficient scorer. Suits a 6th man role. Probably needs another ego check. Looks like he doesn't give af." 11) "Miami heat? Are u kidding me? There is no fucking way they want poole on their team. Lmao."

JP was and is never a humble player. Everyone that left the Warriors Organization as not done well on other Teams. The style of play the Warriors have and not to mention the Phenom Steph Curry with is leadership style/role makes a big difference. JP did great with the Warriors with the Championship DNA Team once he went to Washington I am sure he is sorry because he realized basketball is not a me sport but a team sport. Kevin D wanted is own team we saw that ended. JP wants is team as well. Shooting the ball is not all there is to playing in the NBA. Wish him all the best time will tell. Respectfully!✌🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️

Then named Lillard and Curry neither of them did that right away they had the keys and it took time to figure it out. Same for instance landed on a team with good players already like Lamarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum his first season they were trash next season they win 50+ games. Steph didn’t lead his team to the playoffs until his 4th season. Relax. JP is figuring it out and his team is not good at all.

Na. Have Poole come off the bench and play with the second unit for a while to humble him and see if he's a team player or will ask for a trade. Kuzma wants and deserves to have a team built around him so he's not going anywhere unless something drastic happens because he won't have a chance at that anywhere else.
@fredlee1234
@fredlee1234 6 ай бұрын
@@jusadude186 I disagree. Kuz is older an age, already has a championship, and has no time for a rebuilding situation. Poole would be ideal for the wizards if they drafted him but he’s essentially in the same boat as Kuz just younger. He’s more ideal to build around but if the front office doesn’t feel the same send him another up and incoming team that need a championship player
@jusadude186
@jusadude186 6 ай бұрын
@fredlee1234 . Kyle Kuzma is only 28 and he works harder than Poole. Poole isn't that guy. Poole won't have a chance to be that guy on any other team besides this one, so if he screws this up, he'll be lucky to be a sixth man on any other team. If you can't be the best player on a "bad" team what good are you anywhere else? Meanwhile, even when Klye has a bad shooting night, all of the effort is there. He know all he needs is another scorer that stays healthy and he can turn that franchise around.
@fredlee1234
@fredlee1234 6 ай бұрын
@@jusadude186 28 is old in nba years especially for a team 2-12 and on a 7 game losing streak going at the end of November. Not saying Wizards can’t bounce back but draft capital is what the wizards need after a long Wall and Beal era. Kuz and Poole are pieces you can add to budding situations because on the contrary the teams they won championship didn’t see them as long term pieces to build around respectfully. The wizards currently, is just a team to build your trade stock. Case and point Porzingis and Celtics. Lamelo and Poole could be intriguing for the hornets and Kuz added to a rockets front court of Jabari smith, Sengun Brooks, etc or Jazz front court of Lauri Markennen, Walker Kessler, John Collins,etc could push teams foward.

Therefore, neither does saying Poole needs an ego check and that he doesn't look like he gives af either. The Wizards are tanking for high draft picks. All of this piling on Poole is ridiculous because he can't, nor any other player on the Wizards, save this team alone. They don't even call time outs when the other team goes on a run against them. It does not matter what the WIzards do or any team does Jordan Poole is going to keep working and his prophetic destiny as a great NBA player cannot be stopped no matter how much sports analysts and fans try to lie on him and condemn him. He is always going to come out on top because greater is the power of God working in and through Poole than he in the world. So keep on taking your best shots. No weapon formed against Jordan Poole shall prosper. They just won't work. God is with Jordan Poole, so nobody can be against him. All his haters are just wasting their time and energy because they do know who they are up against talking negativity against Poole. He hasn't done anything to anybody but played and worked hard at preparing himself since age 6 years old to fulfill his dream to play basketball in the NBA and now people hate him for making his dream come true and getting paid for doing something he loves to do. Go ahead and falsely accuse him for nothing. It will not go well with you in your own life for attacking a young man who has done nothing to you. He doesn't even know you!!
