She has been practicing for 7 months now and has tried really hard to acomplish her goals! theres a brand called “dry bands” im not usre if you’ve heard of them but they sell wristbands for grips and they have padding inside to help protect your wrist from wrist rips!! i have some and they are super comfy, they are a little pricey for wristbands but i think its worth it!!
