Will Labour's Gaza stance cost it ‘safe seats’ this election?

Labour's stance on Gaza, and a backlash among some of its traditional supporters, is already becoming a hotly contested issue in some of the party's strongholds.

The Parliamentary constituency of Birmingham Ladywood has historically been one of Labour's safest seats - since the 1940's.
In 2019 Labour held onto the seat with a 79 percent share of the vote and a majority of 28,582.
But this year Labour faces a challenge from an independent candidate who's made Gaza a major plank in his campaign.

I thought the same. It could be that as a lawyer he knows it's a really sticky situation. How much you can spend is a weird system based on how many votes you get in the future. As far as I know a candidate has to declare the total amount if donations and if any cone from an organisation, but individuals who donate don't have to be identified.

Has anyone ever really thought how Black and / or Asian areas in UK exist? Of course, there were white indigenous people living in the houses in those areas before, this is just common sense. Brits talk about people from ethnic background not integrating. In fact it was the Brits that did not want to intergrate with ethnic minorities.
