I like the fact that they didn’t Crown the blade spine for once...Crowning takes away some of its usefulness as a tool...

Interesting review. I like Giant Mouse knives. I have a couple of Ace Grands and just recently purchased the burlap version of the Jutland. Your review may have influenced me into getting the Iona V2. I like that traditional style shape. Plus, I like the fact that they increased the size with this version.Maybe I'll pick one up when November sales pop up.

I’m so glad Giant Mouse has branched out into larger knives. The Ace Iona2 and the Ace Grand are both great knives. Most of the knives before these two have been just a little too small for my liking and that really irritated me, because there are so many of them that are great designs. I don’t thing I’ve seen one GM that I didn’t really like, except for the size.

Already have the first one in blue I like the blue but don't like the design of the handle it is hard to get out of my pocket so I might order the second one with a smooth handle don't know yet other than that I love it it's my second favorite knife

To me, the Iona V2 blade shape with that belly, just screams hunter/skinner. But, in my opinion, a 3" blade is too small for a big game hunter. Sorry Giant Mouse, it's not a blade that interests me in the slightest. ... I see the Giant Mice have recently released another version of the Jutland. They've changed the blade steel from Elmax to Vanadis 4 Extra (or 4V). ... Aaron, I'd be very interested in your perspective on the two Jutland steel versions. ... Thanks for another great review. No sharpening choil on a pocket knife is a huge turn off for me. It looks like there might be one at first glance but it a false choil. I really like the PM2 left handed version but can’t stand that there is no choil.

Lower hardness magnacut on a folder is not worth it. This brand is probably the most well known but has had nothing but bad decisions yet being hugly popular where fanboys drown out any of the issues and keep buying them.

Nope overpriced and I don’t do liner locks. I don’t find 3 inch blade worth buying. My broken skull hasn’t let me down.

Liner/frame-locks in 2023... hard pass. I want a _minimum_ of a 3.25" blade (3.5" is prefered), a front flipper and as mentioned, no frame/liner-locks. With companies like Kizer and Civivi among others dropping cross-bar and button-locks that make knives of even 10 years ago look like gas-station quality knives it's bloody _LAZY_ to not to something more then the phoned-in liner/frame-lock.
