Exactly, thank you! I mean Mitch did try to talk it through with Jay at first and Jay refused to be supportive of his son’s work and career. I mean, Jay was right to some degree when Earl put the picture of him and Mitch on the truck to mess with Jay, but at least Mitch was being treated somewhat better this time around than when he was doing Phil a favour back in season 3.
