I am in the mental health field and work with lots of therapist and court professionals, and a therapist can be used as a tool in the proceedings of a court decision and their opinion is taken into consideration, but the judge has the final say so not a therapist. (For the record no judge or therapist is going to rule out of favor for the father unless there is substantial evidence of abuse or other detrimental trauma GAL feels the child is unsafe in home.) court officials will see right through this lady and her bitterness to use her child as a pawn and they do not play nice with these type of parents so RH just might get what he wants. The judge takes all that into consideration when making the judgment on what should happen.
