What I hate most about 4* fake out units is there slow ass animation and most of them are useless...dont know why IS won't just demote them to 3-4 star (at least the older ones)..also, sorry for the not so good luck.. hopefully things turn around on your next summons

Agreed, they may not break the pity rate, but if anything that just feels more rude. Especially when the odds to get one becomes more rare than focus 5*s and they still show up
