We surprised my parents with a cozy cabin retreat to celebrate their anniversary. They get to see snow for the first time in over 20+ years.

Following our 'steps': how did we get here?
We are Adam (North American) and Bernardo (Brazilian) and we are husbands whose paths crossed back in 2016, when we both still lived in Brazil. Since the very beginning, we shared a common passion for travel and nature, which has only grown over the years and led us to this unexpected journey on KZbin, which has allowed us to connect with an amazing community that we’re beyond grateful for. “Go out and make memories” is our motto of living and a constant reminder for us that true happiness doesn’t come from the material wealth we accumulate, but from the memories we create and share with our loved ones throughout our existence. You guys are truly Blessed to have such loving parents. It brought a tear to my eye to see a couple still so much in love after 40 years. You don’t often see that anymore. Whoever thought only a few years ago in 2016 when Bernardo came to Florida for Christmas, you said when picking him up at the airport how nervous you were, for him to meet your family. Then move on to 2019 and now Bernardo is part of the family with all the acceptance and love a family could show him. You guys should be so proud of yourselves for how far you have come. And to Adam's parents all the love you showed them in this video is a hope for many other same sex couples. ❤

Ken, 10 years ago, I never dreamed this would be happening to me. My parents have come SO far. I'm fortunate that they chose to love their son because of love and not let religion get in the way of love. I'm blessed because most parents aren't like mine. Bernardo and I have had some amazing years and we can only hope that the next ones will be just the same, if not more :)

Adam's parents are the only parents who I can say "they're good parents".....my family kicked me out their house a couple years ago but I still have my job and aparment to survive, by my self, I have nobody by my side so I hope day I'll stop feeling like this, like a freak, this video is just beautiful and so true and made me cry, Adam your parents are so sweet and worth it...thank God for that....
