Will my squint come back after Squint eye surgery? And how can I stop that from happening

Thanks alot for this video. Cleared all my doubts. I'm in third category and It's been 6 years since my surgery. I've always been ready for my next surgery because I knew it wouldn't stay straight forever because of my poor vision.

Please tell me I lost vison in my right eye by retinal detachment unfortunately it delayed in treating Retinal detachment it's recurring detachment and now my eye is having silicone oil now and oil removal surgery is scheduled next month and my present vison Hand motions ( HM+) Previously in the year 2017 I had a squint eye surgery the result was improved but still my eye is moving slightly upwards this residual squint can be addressed with second surgery or not? With that level of vison in one eye is achieving 100% alignment is possible or not???? If possible will it be permanent or temporary? Consider most cases and tell me

@AchieverAchiver and I'm sorry to hear that you went through this much. My eye has amblyopia and my surgery was successful. So vision in squint eye wouldn't make much of a difference if done by experienced doctor.
