Praise be to Allah. It is part of the justice of Allaah that He does not punish any people until He has first sent a warning to them and unless there is evidence against them. Allaah does not treat anybody unfairly. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning). [al-Israa 17:15]. In his tafseer (commentary) on this aayah, Ibn Katheer (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: These words, And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning) tell us of the justice of Allaah, may He be exalted, and that He does not punish anyone until after He has established evidence against him by sending a Messenger to him. This is like the aayat (interpretation of the meaning): Every time a group is cast therein [into Hell], its keeper will ask, Did no warner come to you? They will say, Yes indeed; a warner did come to us, but we belied him and said: Allaah never sent down anything (of revelation), you are only in great error. [al-Mulk 67:8] and: And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups, till, when they reach it, the gates thereof will be opened (suddenly like a prison at the arrival of its prisoners). And its keepers will say, Did not the Messengers come to you from yourselves, - reciting to you the Verses of your Lord, and warning you of the Meeting of this Day of yours? They will say: Yes, but the Word of torment has been justified against the disbelievers! [al-Zumar 39:71] A person who has never heard of Islam or the Prophet SAWS (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and who has never heard the message in its correct and true form, will not be punished by Allaah if he dies in a state of kufr (disbelief). If it were asked what his fate will be, the answer will be that Allaah will test him on the Day of Resurrection: if he obeys, he will enter Paradise and if he disobeys he will enter Hell. The evidence (daleel) for this is the hadeeth of al-Aswad ibn Saree, who reported that the Prophet of Allaah SAWS (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: There are four (who will protest) to Allaah on the Day of Resurrection: the deaf man who never heard anything, the insane man, the very old man, and the man who died during the fatrah (the interval between the time of Eesaa (Jesus, upon whom be peace) and the time of Muhammad SAWS (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)). The deaf man will say, O Lord, Islam came but I never heard anything. The insane man will say, O Lord, Islam came but the children ran after me and threw stones at me. The very old man will say, O Lord, Islam came but I did not understand anything. The man who died during the fatrah will say, O Lord, no Messenger from You came to me. He will accept their promises of obedience, then word will be sent to them to enter the Fire. By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, if they enter it, it will be cool and safe for them. According to another report, he said: Whoever enters it, it will be cool and safe for him, and whoever does not enter it will be dragged to it. (The hadeeth was reported by Imaam Ahmad and Ibn Hibbaan, and deemed saheeh by al-Albaani, Saheeh al-Jaami, 881). Everyone who hears the message of Islam in a sound and correct form (and rejects it), will have evidence aginst him. Whoever dies without having heard the message, or having heard it in a distorted form, then his case is in the hands of Allaah. Allaah knows best about His creation, and He will never treat anyone unfairly. And Allaah is All-Seer of His slaves.

@@brucewayne7875 the core of Islam is exactly to submit/follow Allah’s commandments. They will face their test the day of judgement same way faced our tests on earth. Allah knows what we don’t (in this specific case, those people) therefore Allah tests them by commanding them to go to hellfire just to see. Who really believes (in this case hellfire is cool as it’s a test). If they listen to messenger and God’s commands that in fact proves that they believe. If they don’t and just see going to hellfire as the wrong decision, that means they don’t have no trust in Allah.

In 2016 I asked the same question to a Sheikh and even gave examples like those people in the Brazilian forest and the ones in the Indian island who don't allow any contact with the outside world but man the sheikh had a face after I finished my question. @Gunther Vincent I think asking questions isn't wrong especially if u want 2 know more about Islam since a big number of Muslim worshippers including me that didn't have the opportunity or the aspirations to become sheikhs (the Muslim form of priest). Some sheikhs are open to questions while others aren't like it was in my case. So its all about the character of the very sheikh u r asking questions and his overall knowledge about the topic but since that day I chose to search questions online just 2 avoid creating scenes like the one that did with me and that sheikh.

I wonder what’s gonna happen to all those victims of gruesome murders all around the world who were not Muslim or even muslim? Is Allah gonna forgive them because of their painful death ? Or still they are gonna be punished . The non believer who never had any sort of dawah or preaching then dies or killed by someone brutally , is Allah is going to forgive him /them ? This question always bothers me and makes me sad . I know death is painful for everyone but some suffers more . Then again it makes me feel more scared that in hellfire we will be brutally tortured and be killed and again reformed to feel the punishment. It's a type of fire that does not exist in this universe, as heaven/ hell are in another universe/ plane of existence ( islam believes in multi-verse, there are 7 heavens each within a separate universe in own right, God's throne encompasses all the universes )..... but the prophet pbuh stated that if a person was removed from one of the easier levels of Hell and placed on surface of the sun, they would find the sun to be cool and pleasant in comparison to the sun... the sun surface temperature is 5500 C

Because most people already have beliefs that are normally contradicting your belief. First thing is that Allah never do injustice to any human. No one say at the day of resurrection that I m being injustice. 2nd thing Allah gives you his sign individually in this earth at any part of life, you can't tell at the day of resurrection that you are not giving sign to me. 3rd thing is that there are 3 types of people who will tell that I can't recognize u at the earth if I did recognize or someone did told me about u I had follow u - 1- mad man( psychiatric) 2- deaf man and blind ( who are not able to hear or seeing) 3- those people who living in interval two successive prophet. Then Allah will take taste at the day of resurrection,and told those people to jump to hell . Those people who obey the commandments of Allah would jump and Allah makes cool the hell for those who jump. So basically in this earth Allah command to all people who are not categeroise to above 3 types of people to obey massage of Allah through messanger and success in the test of this live.

At the judgement day u r answerable not Allah, so either u deny or search for truth. And atleast search for excuses for not following Allah. But Allah's promises that in the Quran Say: ‘Praise be to God. He will show you His Signs and you will recognize them. Your Lord is not heedless of anything you do.’” (Qur’an, 27:93) “This is a communication to be transmitted to mankind so that they can be warned by it and so that they will know that He is One God and so that people of intelligence will pay heed.” (Qur’an, 14:52) In many other verses, God emphasizes that one of the most crucial purposes of the Qur’an’s revelation is to invite people to ponder. In the Qur’an, God invites people to reject blindly accepting the beliefs and values society imposes on them and to ponder by pushing aside all the prejudices, taboos and constraints on their minds.

I'll try to explain it again, for the people who didn't receive the message while they were still alive, after they die, they will meet a messenger of Allah, this messenger will come to them and tell them who he is, Allah's messenger, then he is going to order them to jump into fire, he will assure them that if they jump into this fire, Allah is gonna make it cool for them, if they believe in the message and the messenger and they jump, indeed Allah will make it cool for them and they are going to jannah, because they believed in Allah's words, if they hesitate or refuse from fear of the hellfire, meaning they disobeyed Allah, they didn't trust his words, they are going to hell, it's something like that from my understanding, Allah knows better.
