People who think Phoenix would be a bad prosecutor fail to realize that Phoenix is not only the defense attorney for his client, but also a prosecutor towards the real killer, AND a one-man detective team who finds the entire truth of the crime all in 3 days.

He's so good, in fact, that he one did it in a single day, only the trial one at that, while being an amnesiac, if he had the full support of the police and the system (in their universe it seems that unless you can prove someone else did it, the defendant is automatically guilty) he would be unstoppable!

People forget that in cases Phoenix actually does everything- evidence and arguments FOR his clients and AGAINST the killer. Not only against the killer as if it's been found- no even HE has to find the suspect/s
