It’s very obvious he has time and was easily preventable too by the fact that for 3 whole seconds leading up to the one shot he says oh god oh god I’m about to die and can clearly see him double tap catch a KS proc throw out chakras and see him use badge all before he rapid fires. Very telegraphed to a good player and obvious like xaryu pointed out. He was just greedy asf and in double DPS twos u can’t do that especially against other double dps comps lol. Had he simply blocked as soon as he started channeling that rapid fire the Hunter was useless lol. Had no feign no turtle no trinket was half HP and just lost his entire burst into block. Xaryu was greedy here and any good player knows that not cries about reaction speed on something that should be telegraphed anyways

i was cringed out at the inaccuracy of the ladders / where these two got r1 in s13. pikaboo was on cyclone (darkspear) and xaryu was doing more rbg than 3s. r1 3s on kt was shitty thug cleave by thingone thingtwo and some hunter i cant remember. r1 s13 tich was i think a jg cleave or some shit maybe jah i cant remember that one i was just king of everywhere else
