Parliament surely can amendment in any part of the constitution acc to 368 .......but there is one limitation on Parliament'sower to amend the constitution and that is "basic structure rule " it says that Parliament can not amendment the constitution ki uska basic structure ko ap sampt kr de ... Now what is basic structure of constitution..like federalism,freedoms of judiciary,secularism...it's not define of expressly provided ..... In such case we can say that ..if Parliament amend the preamble and remove the it's secular nature..then SC will declared it unconstitutional because it's the part of basic structure of the constitution.

Secularism and socialist are added in constitution preamble in emergency. At the time of constitution making secularism word was already rejected by constitution assembly unanimously. At time 1976 emergency secularism word added in preamble. Secularism was failed due to partition of India takes place. After partition of India Pakistan became a islamic nation, then India should be Hindu nation otherwise it will injustice to Hindu's of India.
