they dint cut it. it was a vinyl circle that they stuck on separate to the rest of the wrap. you can see it when they are getting it wrapped at 7:48

Glad they kept the Orange honestly probably the best livery they have aside from the golf cart of course. Personal opinion though I did a friend's off road rig like that once it's always nice to mount a kc or light bar on the back pointed at the engine or on a elongated harness for night wrenching

Hey Hoonigan! I co-operate a Plasma Cutting business down under in Melbourne, Australia and just want to drop a little tip for you guys! When cutting aluminium parts, we use a plumbers pipe reamer (Not sure what they're called over in the states but they're what plumbers use to clean the inside of pipes up) to give it a once over glide which leaves a smooth, even and cleaner looking edge rather than a file. Loving the content guys!

Totally badass and perfect looking baja bug, with one exception... The smiley lights on front bumper stick out and will be the first thing to hit/break if you nerf anyone. They'd be better by the A pillar or if they were a thinner LED version behind the bumper.
