Will Simpson Teaches Exercises to Improve a Riders Position Over Jumps

2008 Olympic team gold medalist Will Simpson explains the key points for a rider to master body control over fences. He teaches how the riderʼs position from take off, over the jump, to landing (or recovery) is supported by a strong leg, weight in the stirrups and eye focus all so that the rider can be in balance and stay in motion with the horse.
This video is for any equestrian rider training horses for show jumping or any other jumping discipline.
