Tony Blaire's GP's pensions scheme has done a lot of damage to the NHS today. There is a max exodus of the most experienced GP's (who had a vested interest in the efficient running of their practise) which Blaire's scheme incentivised. If primary care is failing, it has a knock on effect on A and E visits.

Maybe I have misunderstood, but surely there is a 'hierarchy of racism' if all Starmer is focused on is removing anti-Semitism? What about the other forms of racism/discrimination? It clearly exists in the party as highlighted in the Forde Report.
