As a 29 year old and someone who used to feel that my parents would always try to get me to be something I don't wanna be, it's nice to hear Will acknowledge that as a parent, and I'm happy he's reached that understanding and truth. Parents should simply help them be what they already are, while making sure they're not hurting themselves in the process of course haha.
