Hey Charles, one reason your long form vids might not be doing so well is because generally for long form vids there need to be one of three things: 1) novel information 2) analysis of info (novel or otherwise) 3) funny/entertaining It seems like most of the info you presented in your long form vids so far is stuff a lot of people already know. Plus there isn't any real new kind of analysis. And there isn't any humor (ofc I know you're not trying to go for funny). This is in contrast to your polls/quizzes (which often present new info and analyses) and your long community posts (which indeed have a lot of incisive and critical analyses). Most successful long form content on yt typically has one of these three components. And some (take casual geographic for example) have all three! Just my two cents. Edit: In addition to this, of course, there's also the fact that 1) you're breaking into a market that you're not yet known for, and 2) sometimes, the algorithm means sometimes shit just takes time.

Not to defend her. I can’t stand her, but they both confirmed they were broken up and living apart during her relationship with August. Now… Her relationship with August is gross for several other reasons. It seems she was using this sick (physically and mentally) sad, desperate young man for her pleasure because she “needed to feel good”, and pretty much discarded him when she was done is horrible. It’s predatory and had a man done the same he would be banned from polite society.

What do u consider someone jeopardising an entire career? There’s not really much else for him to accomplish. 2 years ago he had less than 50 million followers on instagram. Honestly, Will Smith might be the most visible male abuse victim. And I know there’s no evidence Jada has ever hit him but she’s definitely damaged him psychologically and used him in such an ugly way that’s so sad but also so typical of abusive people. Will needs to get out of that marriage and get help.
@ryanarment5393
@ryanarment5393 5 ай бұрын
The problem is that many men don't even realize that it is abuse. They think its normal and ok for women to treat their men like that. Look at how media treats men in those relationships. They are portrayed as stupid or incompetent, with the wife who is often portrayed as being way too good to be married to the man having to ride in to save the day. She does so while tearing into him with snarky, cutting, and mean-spirited remarks while a laugh track is playing. Women in those relationships know every insecurity they know every button to push to destroy their husband's sense of self-worth. They weaponize it, and because men are also taught to treat their wives like princesses, the damage is incalculable. There's also no consequences for them either.

Will Smith is my favorite actor of all time I have a good amount of his movies on dvd with more to be added to the collection soon and every film of his I’ve seen whether sci-fi or action I really like or I love. I will continue to support him because he still is my hero and while everyone has said so many things about him in the last year it still hasn’t changed my perception of him because he is human and we all make mistakes we all say and do things that in the moment we believe to be just or understandable but later on realize it wasn’t or there was a better alternative. Will is just an abused man like Johnny Depp but while Johnny’s was more physical and alittle psychological, Will’s was full or vastly majority psychological and I know people say why didn’t he leave his kids are adults they’ll be fine but Will maybe didn’t want to take the chance on them or even be another statistic of a broken black household. We men deal with a lot and we don’t tell anyone because it is our burden to bare so we get called names get hit by our wives and we stay because maybe just maybe we can move past this, we get manipulated by the partners we’ve been told to protect and love and treat like royalty our entire lives, at a certain point you can’t tell if this is what love is supposed to be like or if this is what we deserve for whatever wrongdoing we did long ago coming back to take a hit on us. I’m a Will Smith fan and I say that proudly and he has my support so I’ll definitely go see I Am Legend 2 and Bad Boys 4

Will Smith was my childhood. Men In Black, Hancock, and The Wild Wild West. As a teen I love his I Am Legend, The Pursuit of Happyness, and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. I still watch Fresh Prince. For a while I've felt like I'm one his only supporters left. I just want people to leave him alone. Lots of husbands would've done that. Some even worse. His wife has sucked all the life out of him, and destroyed his career. It's not just about the slap. It's that the slap that got everyone digging to realise how messed up the family is and how Will Smith sat there in front of the camera listening to his wife talk about sleeping with another man. Man to man, it's really hard to idolise, or look up to a guy who has no spine. I bet that every moment, his wife feels she "deserves" just as much attention, and uses every opportunity to make more money and grab more headlines... I mean, look at her book is named, "worthy".

Who you marry can make or break you! We see this now with Jada and Amber heard trying to make their bones off their spouses. Marriages are supposed to complimentary and supportive, not predatory and vindictive.

who remembers the video where Jada threw her camera in Will's face and asked nicely to get permission and she called him foolishness, he gave her his reasons but she still didn't respect him.

I think Hollywood and the media care more about that slap than the people tbh. They're two grown-ass men responsible for their own actions and they dealt with it yet we're *_still_* talking about it. (That's not a comment on this video btw, Charles and Scotty *_fantastic_* work 👌) Hollywood could easily make the decision to cast him in things and, providing they're things people wanna see, he could still make them money.

Whatever happened to the Fresh Prince? That brash, confident man that everyone bonded with way back. If Fresh Prince was here today, he'd probably slap present day Will Smith upside his head.

Do you know what’s so funny? Will Smith gave all of his money to Chris Rock after he hit him… he lost $200 million worth of work because Chris Rock pretty much made all of that with his stand up from then on lol

I think if he would have gotten removed from the Academy Awards that night then he would have actually been in a better position careerwise right now. But he stayed. Not only did he stay but he made a very mentally unhinged acceptance speech. He was detached from reality and he somehow played the victim in that speech. He just assaulted a guy a few minutes before that and then he cries and plays victim during his speech. That made him appear to be very selfish and self-centered. He should not have made that speech, nor should he have been allowed to even be up there. That speech was awful, and the people in the audience who clapped and cheered him on are just as awful. I still don't think Will Smith is sorry about anything he did. In fact, I don't even think that he knows what he did was wrong, which is the most disturbing thing of all. He made a couple very weak attempts at an apology since then, but I don't think anyone believes they are sincere. Maybe he's not the good guy he was made out to be for a few decades. Maybe everyone got him wrong all along.

What went wrong?. Well for starter, he turned down jobs in good movies to appear in shitty movies. Then, came the nepotism and him trying to shove his family down our throat. Then his wife becomes crazy and starting to create dramas. And now his career is pretty much over.
