True observation my brother, they are protecting each other and violetion humans rights pretending that the west are influencing regime change in Africa yet it's them who are in power through coup, what is that? It's regime change through coup, through election rigging, regime changes through using military, intelligence and state arms. Where is the west powers here? We hear of constitution changes because someone wants to stay in power by force. Do really elections work in Africa?
@ORG01USER2 күн бұрын
Good analysis but misses the issue. What is happening in Mozambique has deeper roots than just poor governance, corruption and illegitimate former liberation governments holding onto power. What most African citizenry do not understand when their liberation war parties talk about sovereignty is they are signaling that the liberation war is not over. While they achieved political independence, African countries depend on the former colonizers for pretty much everything else. Chief amongst them is statecraft infrastructure which advance Western interests, that are extractive and keep ordinary African people at the bottom with no prospect of improvement against people from outside the continent. With this statecraft infrastructure elections will over time always favor political parties that kowtow to Western interests. Therefore, the liberation war movements would rather rig elections than let these parties take over and "hand over" the countries back to the former colonizers. Unfortunately for Africans, the former liberation movements do not have the wherewithal nor capability to remove Western statecraft infrastructure, because they have nothing viable to replace it with. That is the challenge facing most African countries and is the cause of instability, hunger, wars, poverty and underdevelopment that we see throughout Sub Saharan Africa. And it is going to happen in South Africa too.

This shows how our journalists are biased when it comes to black migrating, but not Europeans. South Africa itself has many illegal European migrants, but no one asks who is doing the graduates' jobs as we all know that many African migrants are doing menial jobs.

Jimmy, first, let me congratulate and thank you for your excellent reporting,and I wish you and your channel continued growth. However, I must express my concerns. I was quite young at the time, but as a student of international relations, I observed the inaction during Thabo Mbeki’s presidency. When Zimbabwe faced a crisis similar to what we now see in Mozambique, Mbeki did absolutely nothing. This lack of intervention was disappointing then, and it’s disheartening to see the same pattern continuing today in Sudan, the DRC, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. Even if South Africa were to strengthen itself economically and politically, I fear it won’t escape the trajectory that many other African nations have followed. As a dominant country in the Southern African region, South Africa continues to act irresponsibly, failing to take a leadership role in fostering regional stability. This is not only embarrassing but also deeply concerning for the future. That’s why platforms like yours, which are independent and unafraid to speak the truth, are so important. Channels like yours must continue to report on these critical issues facing our country and region. If we do not hold our leaders accountable and demand better, we too may find ourselves without anything to pass on to future generations. Let us remain vigilant and committed to change before it’s too late.
