Teresa replies that “there’s not enough security” at the Hammerstein Ballroom for them to hash out their differences.

@@1991Meka her sisters Dina was married to married to Caroline’s husband brother. Dina’s X hired some guys to beat up Dina and her new husband really really bad. Dina was in the hospital had to have plastic surgery to heal her injuries and her husband also was in bad shape. Caroline took her husbands brother side and even wrote a letter saying he is a good guy so he could get out of jail until the trial. Doing this behind Gina’s back and a complete betrayal of sisterhood. Caroline and her husband have mob ties and got a lot of people even Daloris to write letters for him. Even governor Christy at the time wrote a letter. Shows you how much control the mob has with government. police officers wrote letters and the restaurant Caroline and her husband own her brother in law is also part owner which is Dina’s X. Caroline with her fake smile is not nice underneath with her family betrayal with her sister. The fight started while Dina was getting her divorce and during the marriage. Does this help you understand why Dina is no longer friends with her sister and Daloris.

She had already long before chosen to be friends with Teresa, over her own flesh and blood. Only when Dina finds out that Caroline wrote in, did she say anything at all. She had been publicly dissing Caroline on the show and was brought back to drag Caroline through the mud. In order to get loyalty, you have to give it.

Dina has made her position very clear. She thought it more important being friends with Teresa than having her sister in her life. If I were Caroline, I would not initiate anything resembling a reconciliation with Dina, not until she apologized for that. Dina has to decide what she wants, whether that's mutual loyalty or just have others be loyal to her without giving it in return.

I was rewatching rhonj and I was watching episode where Chris was making fun of Cajuns and Caroline was saying things about southern cooks, saying they can't cook Italian food, isn't that what Caroline initially got mad at Teresa for, about Teresa saying Caroline wasn't Italian enough to cook Italian food,haha funny remember, they are lucky they didn't say that with people getting cancelled these days, just was thinking 🤔

Yup and Teresa wasn’t entirely wrong, Caroline, Chris and Dina are only 1/4 Italian. Their dad is Italian and Irish and their mom is Polish. Caroline married into the Manzo’s and decided to live up to every Italian American stereotype there is. Teresa’s parents were born and bred in Italy. She is actually of full Italian descent.

Had Caroline not have made fun of Teresa the Olive Garden comment wouldn’t of been made. I rewatched that season not long ago. Chris was even making fun of Kathy’s cooking because she was making Lebanese food and making rude remarks that she can’t cook Italian food.
