Will The Dynamark Start?

Trying to get the Dynamark lawn mower started. It's been sitting here since last fall without being started so it looks like it might need some carb work.

My ranch king riding lawn mover does the same thing but the engine blew up so thats why my lawn mower is doing it. i cant shut it off with the key I can only shut it off with the throttle

I've stopped running things dry. It always leaves some fuel in the bowl that can gum up. I just stabilize the fuel and run it a bit to get it circulated in the carburetor.

+pfun41 - Drain all your Gas out of the Carb during " long " storage. You will never have problems with them. Just wasting a bit of Gas... But it will be good to start every time! If the engine cranks and won't start, check for spark and fuel. Check compression or leakdown. If low, check valve adjustments. If there's no compression, the valve seat may be loose. Replace the head. Check the float bowl and needle valve loosness. It's not getting fuel. Change the oil and filter.

You're better off putting gas stabilizer in the gas tank letting it run through the motor not running the machine out of gas empty carburetors turn to Varnish up faster

Sounds like a piece of junk, you should have drained the whole float bowl till no more gas came out. Then put the bowl back on and fill the tank and you should be good to go
